Advanced Off-Leash Skills + Behavior Makeover

The six week training camp is our most popular retreat. With it, we have the time to guide dogs through behavioral problems and training goals at a steady pace that sets them (and you!) up for long-term success.

Upon graduation from this program, they will have a strong understanding of on and off-leash obedience and recall and will either be ready for hikes, farmers' markets, and your favorite dog-friendly events OR have a plan and timeline in place to get you there.

This program is mandatory for dogs with extreme behavior problems such as red zone aggression, severe separation anxiety, or any dog with a bite history. Extra weeks may be recommended depending on the severity of the unwanted behavior and the dog’s overall state of mind.

4 Weeks
Off-Leash Fundamentals + Solidifying Habits

In our four week training camp, you will develop a relationship based on trust and respect with your dog. They will establish on and off-leash fundamentals and obedience plus the basics - sit, stay, down, come & heel. Plus, they will be more receptive to your guidance when we put them into situations they have struggled with in the past or begin to learn more challenging things.

Remember, each dog is unique.

Having extra time allows us to guide dogs through behavioral problems without pushing them too soon. Expecting too much before your dog is ready for the challenge puts extra stress on them, which can hinder your relationship and set them back.

This package is intended for any dog at any age.

2 Week On-Leash Fundamentals

Our 2-week program is intended for any dog with spastic goofball behaviors and for unruly puppies who need to learn manners as well as a solid on-leash obedience foundation. This program teaches you how to communicate with your dog that their choices matter, how to walk correctly on a leash, how to be polite around people, how to keep focus around other dogs, and impulse control.

You will graduate with loose leash walking skills and have a dog that understands thresholds and boundaries. We will give you the tools you need for poison-proofing, and mechanics/ practical uses of commands like sit, stay, place, come, down, and heel. Plus, you will begin working recall on the leash.

This training camp is not for dogs with severe behavioral issues such as high anxiety, fear, or aggression.
